…BUT HERE’S THE TRUTH:

  • Asking friends and family for help can be great, but they also give you advice based on their perspectives and experiences.  You need an unbiased partner to help you view circumstances and feelings from multiple perspectives. 

  • Listening to all things self-help is only helpful once you have already done the deep digging.  Otherwise, all you have is shallow reasoning, and you still don’t have any real answers for your very real feelings.

  • A lot of times, therapy focuses on the past. While the past will give you answers, in coaching, the past will be honoured and used as a launch pad into a brighter future.

  • A warm bath, a good book, and some relaxing candles are all temporary solutions and lack commitment to the real issues at hand. 

I’m guessing that the following thoughts and questions are going through your mind:

  • I already have a lot on my plate, and this feels like another task I have to add to my mile-long to-do list.

  • Can I even do this?’ (self-doubt creeping in again)

  • Should I even invest in myself at this stage? I have been doing “fine” for this long…

As a university professor, mentor, and certified coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of women of various ages & walks of life - students, colleagues, friends, and clients. I’ve helped them overcome self-doubt, appreciate their worth, gain clarity, and show up confidently and authentically in their careers and relationships as the amazing, strong, and competent women they are.

In fact, my 12-week Courage, Confidence, Clarity (CCC) 1:1 coaching program is based on my passion for supporting women in living a happy and fulfilled life as the truest form of themselves.

MY MISSION

Hi, I’m Dr. Jomana, an Associate Professor turned certified coach. I am especially passionate about mindset and confidence coaching for women as I struggled with self-confidence and self-worth for most of my life.

As a university professor, I’ve also seen far too many hardworking students, colleagues, friends, and acquaintances endure the consequences of self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy and unworthiness.  

 I know what it feels like to be in that pit of self-doubt and overwhelmed, and more importantly, how to get out of it and finally BE FREE.

And I want that for all the bright and beautiful women out there. 

I am here to empower women to acknowledge themselves, own who they truly are, and live the life they want.

A 12-week, 1:1 intensive coaching program to help you:

  • Overcome self-doubt – because we will dig into that inner confidence 

  • Realize your self-worth - because you are awesome, you just need a reminder

  • Reduce your perfectionist tendencies – because you are already awesome (another reminder)

  • Set boundaries – because, believe it or not, you can be kind and still say NO 

  • Gain clarity – because we will break down thoughts and tasks into manageable pieces

  • Stop overthinking – because we will work on cultivating confidence and self-worth (THE FOUNDATIONS), so you don’t waste time second-guessing yourself and over-analyzing conversations and scenarios

In our 12 weeks of intensive one-on-one work, you’ll get:

  • A detailed ‘getting to know you’ form to fill out before we begin

  • 9, hour-long personalized 1:1 sessions with me (that’s 3 sessions per month with me exclusively), including a life-changing 2-2.5 hour Deep Dive Breakthrough session (first session)

  • Extensive email/text/voice message/Voxer support between sessions - This is priceless!

  • The CCC Reflection Journal to journal insights gathered after each session

  • My FREEBIE ‘Mindset Shifters & Uplifters’ document, which contains daily affirmations, a 3-minute self-esteem journal, a refocus activity, limiting beliefs vs empowering beliefs worksheet
